Our water-based coatings reduce VOC (volatile organic compounds) emissions so as to not to be a source of pollution. VOCs are polluting agents released into the atmosphere once evaporated. Currently, Italian standards do not impose the specification of emitted VOC during and after the coating system. On the contrary, in France, complying with decree 321/2011, manufactures are obliged to clarify such data on the packaging. Based on the emissions in indoor spaces, the French standard identifies four classes of chemical products from Class C, with the highest percentage of VOC to A+, which guarantees a healthier air.
