Information. Exclusive 1 is the unique all-in-one solution to paint and refinish. Its main feature allows to reach the same result with only one product, in comparison to other products, that can only reach it with different steps. It is suitable for hardwoods and softwoods; it provides a very fast drying and a natural aesthetic effect. It is resistant to atmospheric agents. Its UV+ absorbers and filters stop UV radiation and protect lignin. The special molecules lend interior and exterior floors excellent non-slip features. It is made of a mix of high-tech resins, designed to extend the life of wood outdoors. Its self-consuming formula does not peel off and creates a homogeneous veil without filming. Thanks to Exclusive 1, maintenance and renovation become easy operations without sanding. The transparent version does not contain iron oxides, therefore it offers less protection; do not use it on white surfaces. To improve chemical and mechanical resistances, RX50xx can be catalyzed with 5% XD5200 of Solid range.
Instructions. Raw wood. Sand the support with 150 grit sandpaper, clean the surface from the sanding powder and apply 2-3 coats of product. Stained/impregnated wood. It is possible to apply RX50xx on a wood treated with low-solid content dyes or wood stains. Once the surface has been cleaned, sand with sandpaper or scotch brite. Then remove the powder and apply 2-3 coats of product. Coated wood. Sand with 80-150 grit sandpaper and bring the wood back to the raw condition. Clean the surface and apply 2-3 coats of product. Indoor flooring. Proceed as per the previous paragraphs, according to the wood condition and apply 2-3 coats of product.
Maintenance. In case of objects, not subject to intense wear, it is necessary to clean the surface carefully from dust and grease, then apply 1-2 coats of RX50xx. In case of deteriorated objects, it is necessary to sand the surface, then apply 2-3 coats of RX50xx. It is possible to clean the substrate with RR1050 Neutral Detergent before the application of RX50xx.
Overcoating. Floorings and Furniture Topcoat RPxx60, Prestige range RBxxx0 and Decogrip Solution RE20xx.
